How can we help?

Contact support@chronvale.com. Include the type of issue and the email address used for your account. Never send a password, card number, authentication code, or API key.

Account and game help

For login trouble, missing progress, character reset, purchase delivery, account deletion, public profile visibility, or a gameplay bug, describe what happened and when. Screenshots are helpful, but remove personal or payment information first.

Manage or cancel Premium

Active members can open the Premium page and select Manage Subscription. Lemon Squeezy's customer portal provides subscription cancellation, billing history, receipts, payment-method updates, and billing details.

Refund requests

Email support with the purchase email, order reference, purchase date, and reason for the request. Do not include payment-card details. Requests are reviewed under applicable consumer law and the store refund policy; Lemon Squeezy, as Merchant of Record, processes approved refunds. Bank processing can take additional time.

Privacy requests

Use the subject “Privacy request” for access, correction, or deletion requests. ChronVale may need to verify account ownership before making changes.

Public profile or guild content

Character names, guild names, profile mottos, and public Chronicle entries can appear on public ChronVale pages when enabled. Contact support if you need help hiding content or reporting a name, motto, or guild showcase that violates the Terms.

Analytics and technical reports

ChronVale uses Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic, performance, and launch funnels. If you report a technical issue, include your browser, device type, route, and the approximate time it happened.
