Terms of Service

By accessing or using ChronVale ("the Game", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use ChronVale.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use ChronVale. By using the Game you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@chronvale.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

ChronVale offers optional premium subscriptions and one-time cosmetic purchases. All purchases are processed through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Cosmetic purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Premium subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Your access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period.

All virtual items (cosmetics, titles, achievements) are licensed to you, not sold. We reserve the right to modify or remove virtual items at any time. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

You agree not to: (a) use cheats, bots, or automated tools; (b) reverse-engineer or tamper with the Game; (c) use the Game for any illegal purpose; (d) harass, threaten, or harm other players; (e) impersonate other users or ChronVale staff.

Character names and guild names you create must not be offensive, obscene, or infringing on third-party rights. We reserve the right to rename or remove content that violates this policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

ChronVale is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of ChronVale after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
